What is the Difference Between Vegan and Plant Based?

Plant-based nutrition, which has grown in recent years, has been growing day by day, especially with its health benefits. So is a plant-based diet actually vegan? Are there any differences?

Vegan and plant-based movements started with the questioning of the ethics of eating meat in the 80's. Although the term vegan is in contention with the term plant-based, the term plant-based nutrition supports vegan.
