The term “Cruelty-Free” applies to products such as cosmetics, cleaning products, personal care products, and disinfectants—indicating that no tests involving cruelty or harm to animals have been conducted on these products. Many certification companies worldwide review cosmetics, cleaning products, personal care products, and disinfectants, certifying and labeling them as “Cruelty-Free.”

Essentially, the upholstery cleaning product undergoes an audit in which all raw materials are examined, and once it is proven that the product has not been tested on animals, the labeling process is carried out.
Like most cleaning products, upholstery cleaning products also contain many chemical substances. To ensure that potential issues—such as skin or eye contact with these chemicals during product use—can be identified in advance, the products undergo certain tests beforehand. What Are Animal Tests?

Although this method has been used for many years:
